Instrument Recommendations
PIANO/KEYBOARD
There is nothing like playing on a real piano, but it is a big responsibility and investment. Please do not purchase anything that has not been well maintained and consistently tuned. Please find information below for Faust Harrison Pianos or Forte Pianos (new & used options).

If you aren’t ready to invest in a piano, a keyboard is a great place to start! Please look for something with 88 fully weighted keys and a damper pedal. There are many options for every price point! Donner has some dependable starter models and Yamaha is the best and most dependable but has a higher price point.
DRUMS
Drum kits are an investment. We always encourage students to start out on a drum pad initially.
Used drum sets can save a lot of money, but be sure that all pieces are included in the sale
(drums, cymbals and hardware).

If you are interested in a drum kit, but want something a little quieter, an electronic kit may be a great option!
GUITAR
A 3/4 size guitar is a scaled-down version of a full-size guitar, typically with a shorter scale length and smaller body, making it easier for smaller hands or younger players to play.

If you are unsure about a specific guitar or which size, it is always best to go to a retailer to try one out in person!
